ABOUT
US

Our business philosophy emphasizes quality customer service. Customers can be assured that a knowledgeable company representative will not only answer your call, but will also have the answers to your questions.

Brubaker-Mann is committed to complying with all environmental regulations. Most recently, we have invested in a fleet of trucks, crushing and screening equipment, and loaders to ensure compliance with new engine requirements. We have also eliminated one remote crushing plant to better comply with air quality regulations.

We also recognize the value of customers' time and will load your trucks as quickly as possible using modern equipment and a state-of-the art scale.

History

Brubaker-Mann, Inc. has a rich history. The company started production in 1950 when two cousins, Ronald Brubaker and William Mann, started mining naturally colored rock for roofing applications. Over time, the company evolved to accommodate demand for decorative landscape materials. After 29 years in the business, Ronald Brubaker retired, selling his share to William Mann. Mr. Mann passed away in 2006 and Mrs. Mann passed away in 2020. Their daughter, Julie Clemmer, then served as President of the company for over 33 years. In February of 2024, affiliates of West Coast Sand & Gravel, Inc., purchased the business of Brubaker-Mann and continues to build on their outstanding legacy.
